Our Vehicles
Our safari vehicles are 4WD Land Cruisers and buses that have been specifically customised for your comfort and safety with features such as pop-up roofs, sliding windows, and an extended body to ensure you have a 360-degree view of the action.
All our vehicles are taken in for maintenance at the conclusion of each safari and also undertake yearly refurbishment to meet stringent safety and comfort standards. In addition, all of our vehicles come with 2 way radios, first-aid kits, fire extinguisher & cooler boxes. There is no wifi on safari but you will find no better connection.
4x4 safari vehicles are offered by Surprise Tours & Safaris. They are converted from a converted Toyota Landruiser with a pop up roof and large windows for great game viewing and photograpy. The vehicles are higher than a safari bus.
There is no airconditioning in the cruisers due to being opened for game viewing and photography.
These are a more expensive option to the 8 seater bus.
Minivan safari vehicles are minivans converted for safaris (fitted with a pop-up roof).
Most prefer this type of vehicle when traveling in Kenya as it makes an affordable choice when doing a safari.
You will be offered either type of vehicle at the time of booking, so state your preferences for quotations.
